The Bowser newsletter Aug issue had some comments on TRNT. It bugs me that Bowser hasn't given his rational for not returning this stock to his "buy" list. The fundamentals have not changed to any great degree. He did comment that he has seen consistent insider selling and that there ia a rumor that the company is for sale. The last insider selling that Bowser reported was 7,000 shares @ 5 1/2 or so by the director J Wilk (out of 221,000 shares). Prior to that he sold, according to Bowser numbers, a total of 99,000 shares out of 316,000 from 9/95 through 11/95, all in the $5 range. I suspect that after selling into the top perfectly this insider is probably going to be on the buy side after watching the stock tank 66%.
