Roger: In my opinion MSFT is one of those stocks about which zillions of folks and managers have strong emotional ties to. It is probably like IBM was 12-15 or so years ago. There should be a significant time gap between when it is obvious that the growth rate is down to 10-12-14% and will stay near 10% for the forseeable future and when the stock drops to a realistic PE. There are too many ANDs and ZITLs (and soon YHOO?) for me to go after MSFT at this time. I currently think the same about DELL-- its so overvalued that there will be a long time to play it on the down swing. I could be wrong but so many love MSFT so much.
