This cracks me up. Everyone is doing their best to use the past to discredit this company now: From the other board: ______________________________________________________________ Captain sir... you cannot conclude either by my post of the bankruptcies.... what you can say, however, is that the CEO of PLNI bankrupted the two previous businesses in the plastics area that he managed for 14 years before Plasticon International Inc. what does that say about his ability to manage a profitable plastics company?.... He is also required to state that he filed for personal bankruptcy whenever he files the 10-K with the SEC for PLNI. I believe that the fact that PLNI's two previous entities were bankrupt (Wicklund and International Plastics) might also have to be stated in the SEC filings. What does this convey to investors in PLNI? and therefore what does this say whether he will ever file audited financials for PLNI with the SEC? ===========
