Why would a guest worker leave for a year? Just leave for 1 day, come back with a new name for 6 more years. I doubt we'll be fingerprinter or DNA printing to make sure they don't come back under a different name. Plus, 6 years would start when ever then enacted the law. Puts the problem of getting the out for the 1 year away off a long ways. Oh yeah, "guest worker"... no such thing as an illegal alien just living off the dole I'm sure, they all be hard workin'
