To all: This is a question though it lends itself to speculation.
Can the AVNT officers legally cut a deal with CDN that would give CDN X amount of compensation for the alleged stolen data and as part of the deal get CDN to withdraw charges? They would be using AVNT assets to cover their own actions and they could in theory gut the company to do so. Is this a valid idea? I simply haven't the legal background to remotely answer this question.
