That's a good list. I have most of that but not the gold, darn it. We are a little too close to the city, though. Still thinkin about a place up in the Appalachians, but it gets cold up there in the winter... Sure is nice in the spring and summer though. We'd still need to be within a reasonable drive of urban stuff though. My city wife would go nuts if the location is too remote, whereas all I would need is a reliable internet connection :)
