I agree. But, there are varying views of what right and wrong is. That's where we need to generalize for inclusion of these variations, when appropriate.

Many, if not most, attacks on the judicial branch for supposed 'activism' are actually people who disagreed with the ruling. For example, ruling that 'under God' is unconstitutional is not activism; it is a specific interpretation of the Constitution that some may not agree with, and well within the jurisdiction of the courts.
