I called the TA today Routh Stock Transfer routhtransfer.com I talked to Jason for about 30 minutes and needless to say, I learned a ton about the transfer & registrar business. I've never talked to a TA that was so shareholder friendly. Here are the numbers:

He said they were still in the process of moving shares from the old TA. I honestly haven't talked to management on this one, but from what I hear, they are tip-top. And for the record...this is the FIRST Flamingo that I have found that has an ungagged TA AND current in their reports....I guess I will put them in bold print.
