I am not receiving public replies one of which I should've received this morning.

This morning, the bar at the top of the page said "MAIL (21)". After I clicked on "MAIL", it changed back to 20 and I had no new messages.

I have on my options for "Messages per category to display in InBox", I have 50. Currently, I have only 20 messages in my inbox. Any ideas on what the issue is?
