Just to add a little specificity and generality to the topic here or perhaps this should go on your DD thread.

1. I've been calling CEO's and management and TA's for years. If anyone else chooses to do the same, I would advise you to be prepared with questions ahead of time. Focus on the important stuff not, picayunne stuff. Don't let the conversation just go to the area the CEO wants to discuss which is usually the "great" stuff you see in the PR's. OTOH, don't be confrontational. Make it a win-win discussion.

2. You can often educate a CEO believe it or not. They are frequently being told stuff that is biased, often by a paid promoter who wants the CEO to believe that the shares being given to him will lead to an increase in the share price and not just dumped on the market.

GCHR which you just profiled. They were interested in my suggestions as to why the stock was not generating any interest. It's obvious but often the CEO doesn't watch the share price day to day. I told him that the bid-ask spread was 100% or worse. Why should someone buy and then, if he has to sell, take a 50% loss or even more. He agreed and indicated that they would work on getting more active MM sponsorship. They have recently become fully filing and I understand that they are working on getting more liquidity and more friendly quotes.
