Just so any new reader doesn't get the wrong idea from your post. I believe you and I are in agreement that the scam has been that EMFP has strangely been the subject of 2 bashing pieces in the main stream media, both of which were apparently written by authors who know little or nothing about the company.

The first and more hurtful, as it stopped the rally over a buck, was a Marketwatch.com piece that lumped it in with hurricane plays being pumped after Katrina. Of course, EMFP has nothing to do with hurricanes or rebuilding. The author admitted he knew nothing about the company but that he had seen an email which said it was. What a way for an author, and a respected reporter, to do his business. Now I know why reporters are considered on a plane lower than, shall I say it, (sshhhhh), lawyers.... Disregard that last phrase.

The second was a short piece that indicated the FDA was investigating and that the masks were not effective vs bird flu. The reality is that the FDA is not investigating and has said no such thing. The FDA is not involved with this type of product. Nothing has been approved as curing or stopping bird flu and that includes Tamiflu and any vaccine. It's a guessing game here and, given a choice, those who fear the flu will want a mask, particularly one with a state of the art nano filter.
