Gary,

I think MKRS is very close to finally realizing their potential after refocusing their strategy to DOD business in 2002. Their new ADEPT product is to begin sea trials for the Navy in the next 60 days.

The SBIR Phase III award given in September 2004 from the Navy's website gave a timeline, which has been spot on. That award states the company to begin sea trials in 12/05. The next target date is production in March 06.

In the "success story" in that SBIR, MKRS estimated revenues in 2005 to be $2.5MM. They have done half of that in first nine months of the year. They also indicated that upon approval they anticipate generating revenues "well past the $10MM mark" annually for the next 3 to 5 years. I think they may get a bump in revenues and profits as four new ADEPT machines are to be produced for this last phase, and IF If if... these trials are successful an order for full production may follow in the second quarter of 2006.

This company is currently "on sale" @ $.18/share. What am I missing here? Thanks!

Tom
