Bingo: many more married women in the job market Actually, virtually all. Stay at home wives are an exception now. We tend to shrug off the importance of this change but it is a revolution of staggering importance and implications. What an amazing economy this is that can absorb a virtual doubling of the workforce in less than one generation.
