Shorts,

Do you know how much shares where sold to the financial companies to cover the lawsuit? What was the sell price? .001?

You have an interesting theory, but I don't buy it. The PPS started to fall just before acquisitions of ProMold & Semco. I have the feeling those deals are not going to be completed due to James N. Turek and the lawsuit. I have a feeling, the lending financial institution had a problem lending money to a CEO, who can't manage his own wallet, and has been found guilty of fraud/neglegence had had to pay a MILLION in resitution.

My take:

Turek sold his dying grandmothers shares to cut debt, and pay off the creditors. The timing is critical here. Then you have other PR companies who initial contracts have expired, who probably sold stock on the highend. This all created the downfall. PPS will not climb up due to jaded stockholders. Look for a ticker change, to mask fraud, mask no audit, so the GAME can be played again.

My take
