My dear Mr. Counter.

Beans to you. This thread is the only reason remaining to own stock in this dreadfully mis-managed company. In my limited experience there are no rivals to this thread for inventivness, humor, sportsmanship, and entertainment.

Study the posts on the "no humor" thread. The discrepancies and retractions between what the release and early news stories say, and what Cowpland explained later are mind-boggling. Fooled ME on Wednesday. (Fooled Scott too, I think, and that's gotta be harder to do.) Consider:

"I think we've just gone to a very conservative approach with the latest change," Cowpland told Reuters in a telephone interview.

and compare to this later: "Contrary to what was mentioned {in some news media reports} there is no change in accounting policy at all. It's a sale when it leaves our warehouse on its way to the distributor."

Now where do they put the $$$$$ for Suite 8 Professional which left their warehouse on the last day of the last quarter.???

Compulsive big liars, I think.

Bottom line they found religion (accounting wise), and it lasted about a day. No re-statements of prior quarters results, no change in accounting methods, no reform, more crap on the way. The many quotes are killer. They are trying to wing it on the recipe, didn't listen to gnarly at all.

Woof WOOF

Leo
