The St. George area is really booming, but I can't figure out what people do for a living there.

I didn't buy here for any reason other than the foreclosures were plentiful and seemed like bargains. I've already doubled the value of the one I bought with inexpensive repairs, so any appreciation is just gravy.

You know things have sucked here when being #22 in appreciation is a reason for boasting! Last year the appreciation approached double digits and the locals were describing the market as "red hot"!<g>
