Class 4: Claim of DaimlerChrysler Services

This class consisted of a secured claim in the amount of $22,006.41, which claim has been
satisfied by payment of same in full.

Class 5: Claims of Eastern Savings Bank

A. This class consists of a secured claim in the amount of $557,642.24 as of January 1,
2005, which claim is secured by a first mortgage on real property owned by Debtor’s wife and
located in Lexington, Kentucky. This claim will by satisfied by payment of same in full, togetherwith interest at the current rate of 9.9% per annum, amortized over a period of fifteen years, with
payments in the approximate amount of $5,989.04 per month, together with insurance and tax
escrow payments, beginning ten days after the Effective Date.

B. This class consists of a secured claim in the amount of $230,734.83 as of January 1,
2005, which claim is secured by a first mortgage on real property owned jointly by Debtor and his
wife and located in Bay County, Florida. This claim will by satisfied by payment of same in full,
together with interest at the rate of 8.5% per annum, amortized over a period of fifteen years, with
payments in the amount of $2,272.14, per month, beginning on the tenth day after the Effective Date
with a final balloon payment of the principal balance remaining due after five years.

Class 6: Claim of Edgewater Beach Resort Community Association, Inc.

This class consisted of a secured claim in the amount of $8,570.97, which claim will be
satisfied in full, together with interest at the rate of 7.9% per annum amortized over a period of
eighteen months with payments in the amount of $383.74 per month, beginning on the tenth day of
the first month following the Effective Date.

Class 7: Claim of General Motors Acceptance Corp.

This class consists of the secured claim in the amount of $35,649.53, which claim is secured
by a lease on a Cadillac owned by Wicklund Holding Company and guaranteed by Debtor. this
claim has been satisfied by the assumption of same by Gross Medick Barrows, Inc., (GMB,Inc.), a
Nevada corporation.

Class 8: Claim of Hartland Homeowners Assoc. LLP

This class consists of a secured claim in the amount of $580.00 , which claim is secured by
a lien on real property owned jointly by Debtor’s wife and located in Lexington, Kentucky. This
claim will be satisfied by payment of same in full, ten days after the Effective Date.

Class 9: Claim of Kentucky Bank

This class consists of a secured claim in the amount of $43,170.57, which claim is secured
by a second mortgage on real property owned by Debtor’s wife and located in Lexington, Kentucky.
This claim will by satisfied by payment of the remaining balance in full at the current contract rate
of 5%, with payments in the amount of $747.61 per month, and in such future amounts as may be required as a result of this creditors loan index rate, beginning with the payment due in September,
2003.
