Read my post. It was about incentivizing those areas where we are lagging behind, such as engineering grads, which threaten future leadership and productivity. We are at risk of becoming a service economy. We have more than enough lawyers and MBA's. Also, I dont agree that scholarships are easy to come by for the middle class.
