I agree. My work also indicates the spiral is 2-3% accurate,
but these 2-3% may result from me being not precise, and
not the spiral itself. I use daily data, not tick by tick,
thus there is an intrinsic error built in time in my analysis -g-
For example, if the spiral lasted 30 trading days, an intrinsic
error is 1/30, or 3%, due to using the daily charts. For 7
days it is 14%
