Innotelco Negotiates With Free Zone "Kovin" A.D.

Innotelco, Inc. (OTC: ILCO), a marketer and distributor of telecom hardware and network solutions, announced today that negotiations are progressing with Free Zone "Kovin" A.D. to establish warehouse and distribution facilities.

"I am very pleased to announce that our representative has made excellent progress and is close to obtaining favourable concessions from Free Zone 'Kovin' A.D. for our consideration. Specifically, due to an agreement reached between the Municipality and an investor to build a new harbour worth EUR250,000,000, part of a total investment of EUR600,000,000, this area has gained greater importance," said Ross Sehovic, CEO.

Further, "The Company's corporate marketing strategy has exceeded our expectations. The recent trip to Europe produced results that far exceeded the Company's expectations. We have received numerous invitations from private and government corporations to participate in the upgrading and restructuring of the Southeastern and Eastern region of Europe. This has prompted the company to look into cost-effective ways of realizing our marketing strategy. Our Vice President of Sales and Marketing is meeting with officials to finalize negotiations before the end of the year."

There are excellent transportation capabilities available via the river Danube, which forms part of the golden connection of rivers. The Rhine-Main-Danube-Waterway forms the link between the mouth of the Rhine into the Northern Sea and the mouth of the Danube into the Black Sea (Similar to St. Louis, MO, USA). An Excellent network of transcontinental (interstate) highway that connects Kovin to the rest of Europe, which runs from Amsterdam to Istanbul, goes directly by Kovin. The nearest airport located less than 60km away, forms the final link to access the Free Zone "Kovin" area.
