Ted, The side effects for aspirin that I posted were for 1000 MG per day.
So women should take the morning-after pill as often as possible, but aspirin is to be avoided at all costs because the side-effects are supposedly worse.
I might as well be talking to a brick wall, the way you guys with political and social agendas exaggerate and mitigate the facts to support your side.
Huh? You said the side effects were horrible.....suggesting they were beyond what was normal. I had not heard that..........so I did a search. The side effects clearly were not good but were no worse than the ones cited for almost every other drug on the market.......you've heard the rap on tv..."singular can cause severe muscle cramping, diarrhea, vomiting and nausea and must be taken with the consent of your doctor". How is the morning after pill any different than those other advertised medicines?
So on a lark, I looked up what they said about aspirin.........if possible, the expressed side effects were even worse for aspirin than for the morning after pill. BTW both side effects explanations were the first ones I googled up. In other words, I wasn't trying to stack the deck.
Therefore, your claim that the side effects for the morning after pill are "orders of magnitude" worse [than aspirin] does not jive with the evidence......or at least, is not atypical of the normal disclaimer provided with every modern drug. Of course, in the end, it really doesn't matter what the side effects are because if a woman chooses to take the AM pill, its her choice, not yours or mine. |
