it requires the very skill set that would generally prevent a person from making such an inane claim in the first place. If you parse that sentence it is saying that anyone who declares Bush to be the worst president is not adept enough to analyse the evidence. The only possible conclusion then is that Bush is not the worst president. This is logic straight from Catch-22. Alright, the word 'generally' is a bit of a cop out, but it still implies that such a person is somehow peculiar. It would seem that the goal is to discredit a previous article by someone named Stephen Pizzo. Any idea what article that is? TP
