Eric, I hope something is up because it has been downhill for me for years. I just got back from a 4 day San Diego trip. There was some news about the courts on Friday. I don't think they even know what's going on. <<<<<<<Sept. 11, 1997, Marvel Entertainment Group Inc. (MRV) announced that it advised the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware of "significantdifficulties" in negotiating a settlement with its secured lenders, and noted that, as of September 8, no agreement was reached. MRV indicated that such negotiations include additional debtor-in-possession financing. As a result, MRV said it requested that the Court conduct a hearing to consider an alternative financing proposal that would replace the existing debtor-in-possession financing and provide MRV with additional operating funds. The company said it "continues to consider all available legal remedies to promote the best interests of its estate." >>>>>>>> martin
