Rules Update 12.2.2005

Transparent Flamingo Rules

1. Must be a pinksheet stock

2. Must have access to ALL share structure numbers through the Transfer Agent and/or two current reports(rare exceptions may be made if they have filed a 15c2-11 Information Statement AND have a IR guy).

3. The Transparent Flamingo operates under a Y rating (suitable for all children). Therefore, any company that has ANY products/services/affiliates not suitable for children will not be considered for the list.

4. The Transparent Flamingo reserves the right to remove a company from the list at any time.
