But why?

Because I believe in the principle that good entities tend to operate in the light, and bad entities tend to operate in the dark. In my very humble opinion, a company that will not disclose ALL their share structure data probably has something to hide.

Who knows?

I am aware that every time I buy a stock I am being yoked with them. I am, at that point, a partner with the entity. Therefore, if I truly believe the above principle I have a problem.

What problem?

"Dancing with the Dragon", despite being quite a rush, is actually very detrimental to my growth as an investor, because of the inordinate demands put on me. I have to spend enormous amounts of time keeping in step with this beast. I am keenly aware that one wrong move, and the whole thing is gone(probably why I like it so much). Win or lose, there will be scars.

What scars?

I know that sometimes great traders come to doubt their own system due to the sickness of the dance. And here comes the toughest part....even though I may have timed my dance perfectly with the dragon...many did not....and I may have been the one who led them there in the first place......
