Ford Motor Co. has made an apparent U-turn in its vision for its auto assembly plant in Hapeville.

Just months after the industry generally classified Hapeville as safe from Ford's chopping block, it now can foresee a future with the lights out.

What is the difference between airlines, newspapers, automotive plants etc. when we are talking about job loss and the withering of the US economy under the person who claims to have won the 2004 Presidential elections.
