Tom, this was a very glib answer I gave earlier... but the essense of my feelings on the price is about right.

"... at 33 I'd be in line to buy, at 30 I'd call my Mom and tell her to buy. 35 is relativly strong, but a real shakeout might hit 33-32 intraday. Any lower, assuming ASND isn't drinking lead piped water, would lead me to believe the industry itself should be downgraded"

There are two types of investors here. Short term and longer, options and stock buyers. What you do at what price and for how long differs by what type you are. If ASND goes to 33-34 tomorrow I'd be buying SEP 35 calls to sell them at 35-7, but that's not a fair statement either, because I might not if the whole sector is falling, or if some other thing says hold off. If this were a long term stock hold I'd be more patient and see where things turn.

A friend and I have a saying when stocks get crazy like this.. before we make a intelligent guess, we ask "what the stupidist thing we could do right now?" Usually its where the trading goes also, and right now I'm not sure what the stupidist thing to do is.

Goodluck.

Jim
