Looks like Eric has been talking to someone "in the loop" or pretty close to it at Exall (EXL-T or Southern Star Resources SSR-V).

I for one am glad that he can add his perspective to what we hope is a property whose time to shine will be any time soon.

I came across an article on a mining company's website that suggests that the best place to look for a mine is, "right next to the biggest and the best" and this is what the story is on this one.

I am sure that Goldcorp would have to be "taking a position" for this kind of action without news. In reviewing their criteria for getting involved with a offer to purchase (as heard from their media information session available on their website) the $300 figure must be fast approaching.

Lets hope that it is one of those deals where once the 10% rule of stock ownership kicks in pretty soon. I would be shocked to find out that the someone else besides Dundee is not the friendly giant of Red Lake. I'm talking the HUGE advantage of mobilization and capital cost because of the Cochenour Wilans was mining right up to their boundary. Pretty sure truck (or conveyor?) haulage to the Goldcorp mill will give their own deep mine some time to adjust to the geomechanical adjustments (rock bursts are a worst case scenario) that sometimes occur in mining a deep mine. e.g. Macassa.

Next week should be quite interesting. I will be looking foward to any snippets of information that Eric can extract from the EXL/SSR management. Or the diamond drillers. LOL
