I hope you are right. I have been waiting for liquidity spigots to be turned off forever. I don't see, once the RE collapses, other asset class that could be monetized to the same degree as houses. Game over. Credit bubble liquidation should start in earnest, bringing with it massive economic contraction. $64.000 question. Will FED or anybody else for that matter be able to stop the freight train rolling down the other side of the credit bubble hill. Japan tried it for 14 years to no avail.
