Bad government or worse government is hardly entertaining if you are paying for it. That's like paying for a bad movie - or a bad meal... and saying it was all worth it because the popcorn was good or the waitress was funny. Does not improve the movie or meal and does nothing to even the financial cost... and this meal/movie costs thousands per household. That entertainment! i.
