Somehow this project under construction near me shows almost all sold out with the banner hanging on the wall showing only 3 are left. Yet within blocks other projects CO'd early 2005 sit 70-80% dark with few actively marketed for sale or rent. These do not show up in inventory I would imagine. A similar scenario I would guess in any bubble market with a ton of new high end condos.
