Not a bad bet. Remodelers and related retailers are going to see the end of the refi and upgrade trend. You can already see money flowing away from RE and back to the stock market. There isn't going to be a "crash" for 90% of the RE market around the country, but instead a lengthy and boring period of consolidation.
