Pretty heavy insider selling reported in week of 9/12: 8 insiders including the president, two officers and two directors sold 436,060 shares 8/28 -8/29 at an average price of $51.71 ($22,562,875). 4 insiders filed Form 144's to sell 115,950 shares ($6,886,450 @ $52.33) insidertrader.com I'm new to this thread, but I'm wondering what's going on here to trigger all this unloading?
