Now that is an interesting political subject to discuss. My own view is what is the better road for the state (and the country) to take? Tookie was the co founder of the crips, looks like he was involved in several murder cases, but the evidence is not without doubt and he has reneged on several issues regarding gang crime. To me the practical issue is predominant. This view applies to many moral issues we all have to face. What is in the best interest of society and the state? It does not look like a big cost/risk issue to keep him alive. He can be an important factor in reducing gang crime. I thought you were going to illuminate some possible crimes relating to Clinton. There were two kids killed on railway tracks that didn't make any sense if I remember correctly.
