I am not for the death penatly. I am not against killing criminals at all. In many cases I think instant justice works. There is a body of evidence that shows that a significant percentage of people who are sentanced to death are innocent of the crime they are accused of. On those grounds I am against the death penalty. But yes, if some A/H showed up in my home threating my life and/or of my family members I would be quite happy to show him the door to the end of natural life. Here is the earlier story I read about.. idfiles.com It is an odd story. Maybe one Republicans don't want to touch because of the controversy and lack of clear evidence. A mystery that needs to be cleared up one day though.
