Thank you for your message; however I would ask you to read #1312 through 1334. This was a dead issue, until you posted your message. As stated earlier, I believe my message falls under the doctrine of "fair usage" due to several factors regarding Mr. Brinker and his newsletter. In SEVERAL public forums (national radio and NBR), Mr. Brinker openly discussed his recommendation for UTEK and even mentioned his enter price. I simply answered a question from someone on this thread regarding the same information discussed in a public forum. To argue that I disclosed slightly more information than publicly revealed is splitting hairs. An enter price and earnings estimates should not be classified as State secrets when the source discusses the topics publicly. I did not, and would never, post his newsletter or the « page article about UTEK. I hope no-one would act on such information alone, but instead, seek-out the source information by subscribing or going to a public library and reading the newsletter. The fact is that Mr. Brinker is bullish on UTEK and this may be information that others on this thread should know.

With that being said, please - let's move on.
