But that "nightmare" was a direct violation of the Gulf War
Cease Fire Agreement. And the facts of that "nightmare" alone
were sufficient in & of themselves to resume hostilities &
remove Saddam from power.

Now consider how justified Saddam's removal was when you
consider that he also was egregiously violating every
other aspect of the Cease Fire Agreement for more than 12
years.
