RNC currently trading up 2 cents after the takeover announcement. Whoopie! RNC management destroys the shareholder value of this company with consistent unmet guidance and incompetent management of the operations, and here is what we get as compensation when it finally gets taken over by someone who can realize the potential of assets valued at a fraction of those of its peers? (And this at a time when the price of gold is starting to soar and all the larger companies are hungry for ounces?)
