That was a periodic article written by David Zgodzinski, kind of a random walk through SI. We could possibly replace that with a member-driven "recommended" ranking for posts, but we would only do so if it could be done in a way that would prevent manipulation. Filed for future consideration.

Several months ago I started to write a feature that would let board moderators create an "ad" for their board containing the board's title, moderator, and one or two lines describing the board. The ads would run in a rotation on certain pages such as the Community and perhaps Quote page. I'll make a note to blow the dust off that after Bob finishes implementing the new ad management software.
