To All: Most of you have missed the importance of the licensing agrrement with Linfinity Microeclectronics (formerly Silicon General). Imp is buying a the rights to sell and manufacture a line of SCSI products that competes with Unitrode and to some degree Dallas Semi. It illustrates Imp's strategy to form alianses with other semi co.s to add to their produt line and not just be a fab or low value added mfg co. Comments? Kent
