anyone look into the mosh lawsuit? it seems that mosh lp an entity that owns about 10% of mosh units is suing the working interest owners among others indicating unfair dealings with the trust. seems to focus on a farm out. some details in mosh 10-q filing at edgar and some in mosh lp filings at edgar. interesting stuff. not quite sure what to make of it at this point.
