Lalit: Let me try to make it simple for you. I and many others have said this many times. David Walsh may be (and that is a BIG may be) completely innocent of the actual salting or fraud in Indonesia, but David Walsh is 100% guilty of incompetence as a CEO and Chairman. My grandmother could have done a better job than David Walsh and she has been dead many years. I know it is hard for you to understand this because you still don't understand why David Walsh should be removed ASAP.
