I'll start WPC with a few shares off the new lows list. Good dividend yield; dividend has increased VERY slowly every year since 1999. A real estate company with an emphasis on providing sales and leaseback deals and related services for property owners. I like (for purposes of diversity) that they are emphasizing non-USA deals because that's where they believe best opportunities lie. finance.yahoo.com
