Nonsense...the Mexicans stand on certain street corners and wait for day jobs....some were lucky enough to be hired permanently by contractors because they are damn good workers who will work for less than the "English speakers". Let an English speaker apply for the job at the same wage and I guarantee you, he will be given preference.
