Their web site lists their exchange as the NASDAQ BB. You might ask IR about this. Stocks on the NASDAQ tend to be followed a lot less, especially since many are the so-called "penny stocks."

I will still buy BB stocks if the fundamentals are good, the spreads are reasonable, and it is likely that a BB stock will be "discovered" and/or listed on the NASDAQ NM exchange.

I noticed from Yahoo that there are warrants publically traded on this stock, symbol CHGOW. Do you know what the exercise price and expiration are for the warrants? The bid-ask for the warrants are 3/16 and 1/4.

Sometimes warrants for underfollowed stocks can have spectacular returns when the stock is "discovered." Although warrants are basically options with longer expirations (or no expiration), the risk level is much less because of the long time frames.

The comment from the CEO about a drag on earnings is very interesting. I like underfollowed stocks where management is doing something right that requires a little bit longer time frame than the street is willing to wait. The conversions sounds like a temporary thing that long term will really boost the earnings and ultimately the stock.

I may very well join in on the action on this stock after doing my due diligence with the IR packet I've asked for, and after some covered calls I wrote get exercised next month and I have more capital.

Happy investing!
