The hurricane screwed up everyone's closing in South Florida. It delayed mine by almost three weeks because the buyer couldn't get a new insurance policy until the house was visited by an insurance adjuster to make sure it hadn't sustained any hurricane damage in Wilma. The adjusters were all tied up with people actually making claims and those who lost their policies due to widespread cancellations.
