Maybe they should talk to Congressman Don Young about buying a bridge in Alaska! They are not that dumb. And don't try to sell them any of the "light rail" projects our cities love to build. You notice that when they bought the toll-way in Chicago, they made the city keep their overpaid, unionized employees.
