A paid promoter on Raging Bull, bestbydesign, complains that the bashers have not talked much about how SEMCO fits in the PLNI "family".

yet

this same poster fails to mention that PLNI has not filed the required 8-K with the SEC or issued a formal announcement stating that the acquisition of SEMCO has been formally closed.....and this after issuing dozens upon dozens of press releases during the past year.
