Moscow to face energy limits in -20°C 15:56 \| 06/ 12/ 2005 MOSCOW, December 6 (RIA Novosti)-Industrial consumers in Moscow will face energy restrictions when the temperature falls below 20 degrees Celsius, the head of the capital's energy supplier said Tuesday. Following recent remarks made by the chief executive of electricity giant Unified Energy System, Anatoly Chubais, that Moscow would be affected if the temperature fell below 25 degrees, Mosenergo chief Anatoly Kopsov said that the move would happen at 20 degrees.
