You've got to be kidding me JC...a company of what...12 people, and they are reorganizing to reduce brueaucracy and "stifling bottlenecks"...I'm sorry, if that isn't the worst example of a trying to buy time, then I don't know what is (oh, I think the "my dog ate our 8K filing" might be just ahead of this)! But to each his/her own...good luck all!
